We run this site from Thailand. This page describes what happens to your data when you visit it or write to us.

What happens when you visit

The site is served by Vercel Inc. (USA). When a page is requested, Vercel processes the connection data needed to deliver it, including your IP address, the time of the request and the address requested. A page cannot be delivered without this. We use no analytics tools, no tracking, and no advertising cookies.

Traffic passes through Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which handles name resolution and secures delivery. Connection data including your IP address is processed there as well.

What happens when you use the contact form

When you submit the form, we send what you entered to our mailbox by email. That means the details you provided and which language version of the site you were on. Sending and the mailbox both run through Zoho Corporation. We use these details only to answer your enquiry.

If you write to us via LINE or WhatsApp, those providers’ own privacy terms apply. We have no influence over them.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our mailbox as long as they are needed to answer you or for an ongoing working relationship. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell data and we pass nothing to third parties, apart from the service providers named above, which are necessary to run the site.

Data transfer outside the EU

The services named above process data outside the European Union, including in the United States. We base these transfers on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to anakhet@pixelgrund.com — we answer.
